RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Customers may apply for a return or exchange within 30 days after receiving product(s). We don't accept returns for no reason of all products. Refunds will be made by the same method you used to pay.
Please be aware that we are unable to refund any delivery or postage costs that you may have incurred.
Please note that items marked as "Final Sale" cannot be returned or exchanged.
Sale and promotional items are excluded from our regular return/exchange policy and remain subject to their own terms.
It is important to note that we are not responsible for any loss of parcels during the return shipment to us.
CANCELLATION
We accept order cancellations before product processing. If the order is cancelled by that time, you will get a full refund.
RETURN/EXCHANGE CONDITIONS
Please ensure that all items are returned in their original selling condition, with no signs of being worn, washed, or altered, and with all tags still attached.
1.All items should be returned with their original boxes.
2.Please package all items together in a single package for the return/exchange.
3.When returning/exchanging items, please use the same service as the original delivery.
4.Please note that we can only accept returns/exchanges from the country to which the order was originally shipped. For example, orders delivered to the US must be returned from the US.
5.Please be aware that customized items cannot be returned.
6.Please note that the return/exchange process is not free of charge. You will be responsible for any import and shipping fees associated with the return/exchange.
7.For hygiene reasons, our gifts, which are skin-friendly products, cannot be returned once unpacked and used. The value of the gifts will be calculated at the equivalent market value.
If any items are faulty, they can be returned.
We reserve the right to reject any return/exchange if the product shows signs of wear, use, or alteration from its original condition.
If we propose to reject your refund/exchange, we will inform you, and you may choose to have the product sent back to you at your own expense.

Retaining Proof of Usage: To qualify for the money back guarantee, you must provide evidence of using the product for at least 60 days minimum 3 times a week. This can be done by taking clear pictures of yourself using the device(s), with visible date stamps on the images. We will need at least 4 pictures a month total of 8 pictures for 60 days.The date stamps will serve as proof of your usage duration.

Requesting a Refund: If, after using the device(s) for a minimum of 60 days, you are still unsatisfied with the product, you can request a refund within the remaining 30 days of the guarantee period. To initiate the refund process, please follow these steps. Please write down your "email address, order number, quantity, first name, last name, address, zip code, and please confirm the package is opened or sealed. What is more, please tell us the reason for return and attach the pictures with visible date stamps showing your usage of the device(s) then send it to customerservice@revivebeautyinc.com

Return of the Product: Our team will review your application and respond within 48 hours. After approval of your refund request you will be provided with instructions on how to return the device(s). Please ensure that the product is returned in its original packaging, including all accessories and components.(Please do not return the same way before authorization)
- Refund Process: Once we receive the returned product and verify that it meets the usage requirement, a refund will be processed. The refund amount will be equal to the original purchase price, excluding any shipping or handling charges.
Please note the following:

Email us at customerservice@revivebeautyinc.com with your returned shipment receipt showing the address provided for return as the destination.
If your receipt does not specify a destination, you must also provide one of the following as your proof of return:
an active return tracking number, or a photo of your package clearly labeled with a return destination

We process your refund, which may take up to 10-15 business days to return to your original payment method.
